Welcome to the Davenport Chordbusters Barbershop Chorus! We are a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society and a member of the Central States District.

We cordially invite you to come sing with us! We are always looking for enthusiastic male voices to join us in a chord or two! Even if you know nothing about barbershop, you can sing on your very first night visiting us!

Our Meeting Place

The ChordBusters are no longer at the YMCA.

We now meet at the Five Points Wellness Center (formerly Johnson Elementary School) in Davenport. We are located at 1730 Wilkes Avenue, just two blocks west of Five Points in Davenport.

We would love to see you there on Thursday evenings, when we have our regular rehearsals starting at 6:30pm. Stop by, join in, check us out!

Stay posted as the Chordbusters move forward to the Everyone in Harmony platform of the Famous Barbershop Style of vocal music.

70 Years

Our 70th Year Anniversary

The Chordbusters have been active for seven decades!

In celebration of the Chordbusters' 70th anniversary, we have designed a special limited-edition anniversary shirt, with the hopes of many more to follow.

We have short sleeve and long sleeve (with Chordbusters down the sleeve in addition to this throw-back logo). For a $20 donation, we will provide a shirt of the size you request.

Chordbusters at Senior Olypics

The Chordbusters took home the gold at the Senior Olympics performing arts division! The event was held at CASI in Davenport.

Grant from Ascentra Credit Union

Ascentra Credit Union awarded the Chordbusters with a thousand-dollar grant to be used for various items. Because of that grant, the Chordbusters were able to purchase a digital camera and much-needed support equipment. Thank you, Ascentra!

Pizza Ranch Fundraiser

The Chordbusters sang and served the customers of The Pizza Ranch for a fundraiser event. A great time was had by the customers and staff and we raised over 700 dollars! Thank you, Pizza Ranch!
